The Order

Your customer order sets out the quantity and description of the goods you have ordered. Please check that these details are correct. If you
are uncertain about the order details, please contact us for clarification. This order forms our contract with you. We do not accept verbal orders.

 

Photographs of products should be considered as illustrations and products may be subject to change. Our suppliers reserve the right to make amendments to their product specifications throughout their manufacture and, in some instances, photographs may differ slightly from the final delivered product. Please
contact us if the exact appearance of your goods is important or requires clarification.

 

Mattress sizes may vary slightly from their stated dimensions due to manufacturing tolerances. Firmness ratings are relative and for guidance only.

 

Dimensions

Dimensions listed on our website or in our literature are estimates. If a specific dimension is important to you, such as for access or how you plan to use a product, please contact us so we can verify the exact dimensions.

You must ensure there is adequate space to allow access to your property and that your goods will fit. We do our best to assist if a problem occurs, but re-delivery costs and cancellation fees will not be waived.

 

Assembly

Bed frames, divan beds and flat-packed furniture require home assembly.

Please note this assembly is not part of the delivery service, but if you do need this, please contact the store and we can advise you of the applicable additional charges. This must be arranged in advance.

 

Disposal

We can remove your old bed and mattress for local deliveries to our store.

However, disposals are not part of our standard delivery service. Disposal charges can be obtained from our store where you made your purchase.

This service must be arranged in advance, and beds must be dismantled and wrapped appropriately to ensure hygiene.
